When you make the payment, please include additional 4.9% + 30 cents for Paypal’s processing fee. For example, if you are a single student, the basic fee is $120, but you will have to send $126.18 to factor in the processing fee.

InshaAllah pada Muktamar kali ini, MISG bakal menjanjikan sedikit perubahan berbanding Muktamar sebelum ini.

Perasmian majlis oleh Timbalan Menteri Pengajian Tinggi (KPT), Dato’ Idris Haron.

MISG berbesar hati dan mengalu-alukan kesudian Timbalan Menteri Pengajian Tinggi, Dato’ Idris Haron untuk merasmikan pembukaan Muktamar MISG-IMSA 2008. Kunjungan ini mencerminkan keprihatinan KPT dalam mendukung aktiviti mahasiswa yang bakal membentuk generasi pemimpin masa depan. Bagi pihak MISG, kita mengharapkan kunjungan ini membuka lembaran baru yang penuh bersejarah antara pihak KPT dan MISG yang telah lebih suku abad bertapak di bumi North America.

Forum Politik UMNO-PAS-PKR.

Muktamar kali ini juga bakal membawa kelainan berbanding sebelum sebelum ini di mana terdapatnya sesi Forum Politik yang bakal menampilkan tokoh tokoh muda dari 3 buah parti politik Melayu Islam terbesar di tanah air iaitu UMNO,PAS dan PKR. Tajuk-tajuk perbincangan bakal berkisar tentang cabaran dan kemelut umat melayu Islam masa kini untuk kita insafi dan sama sama mencari jalan penyelesaian.

Namun begitu, adalah ditegaskan dengan jelas di dalam perlembagaan kami bahawa MISG adalah suatu pertubuhan non partisan yang tidak membawa kepentingan atau agenda mana mana parti politik dan kumpulan tertentu. Wawasan kami adalah untuk menyuburkan budaya intelek dan pemikiran kritis melalui wadah diskusi, forum, debat dan lain lain di kalangan warga Malaysia yang menuntut atau menetap di sini. Kita mendoakan agar generasi muda hari ini semakin peka dengan permasalahan umat dan mampu menggalas tanggungjawab dengan sebaiknya di masa depan.

Akhir kata, saya mewakili seluruh barisan kepimpinan MISG dan sekretariat muktamar dengan ini menjemput seluruh rakyat Malaysia terutama yang berada di USA untuk hadir memeriahkan program muktamar kali ini. Ayuh, jom ke Muktamar!

Every year, a number of people who would like to attend Muktamar are not able to because of financial drawbacks. Money has become a problem to many, especially lately with the economic downturn. Therefore, we would like to ask you to help us spread the excitement of Muktamar.

You can help us share the knowledge, the joy and the camaraderie of Muktamar =)
